Bulkd ("we", "our", "the app") is a workout tracking application for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

When you use Bulkd, we collect and store the following data:

  • Account information — name and email address from your Google or Apple sign-in
  • Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, weight, and workout history
  • Body measurements — bodyweight and body measurement entries you log
  • Routines — workout templates you create
  • Settings — your app preferences (units, rest timer defaults)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Bulkd service. Specifically:

  • To store and display your workout history and progress
  • To calculate personal records and progression charts
  • To sync your data across sessions
  • To authenticate your identity

Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not track your location
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or other device data
  • We do not use advertising SDKs or tracking pixels
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties

Third-Party Services

Bulkd uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — for authentication only
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics (landing page only, not the app)

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Authentication uses opaque session tokens over HTTPS. We do not store your Google or Apple password. All API communication is encrypted via TLS.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your workout history, body measurements, routines, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we store about you
  • Export your workout data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data

Children's Privacy

Bulkd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
